TOP THREE NEEDS FOR VOLUNTEER ATTORNEYS
1) Represent victims specific to property issues arising from title clearing involving probate or real property brief service or litigation. LSNF’s No Place Like Home (NPLH) program is a cooperative partnership with other legal aid entities throughout Florida and The Florida Bar Section on Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL). 2) Give general legal advice to victims who visit the Community Recovery Center (CRC) currently at the Bay County Public Library in Panama City. We really need attorneys, Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on location at that time. We can still make arrangements for you to help by giving advice over the phone during the same period and during other hours and days of the week the CRC is open.
